The Pousada Bc always manages to give great service even when there are local electricity problems, etc.

At the Dili Hotel the staff were lovely and very helpful on numerous occassions but the hotel itself seemed a bit run down. Never was the toilet paper replaced. I had to ask for this and it was the same in the toilets near the breakfast area. For the price paid there is better value elsewhere in Dili.
