One of the timorleste-hotels.com personal favorites, Hotel Dili is the longest established hotel in Timor-Leste. Operating continuously since 1933, the Hotel has seen the shifts in Timor-Leste's history from Portuguese times to Japanese occupation in World War Two, Indonesian administration from 1975 and finally Independence in 2002. It has been owned by the Favaro family since 1971; Frank and Margaret Favaro stayed there on holiday in 1968 and liked the hotel so much they bought it! Now the family's next generation have taken over and they have been renovating and improving the facilities and service constantly to a standard of excellence.
The hotel's tropical courtyard bar and restaurant is a favourite with residents and visitors alike, as an ideal place to enjoy the gentle sea breeze on a warm day and to relax after a day's touring.
Facilities & Services
The Hotel Dili Restaurant has an international menu offering a good variety of dishes including Asian specialities, grills, pizza and snacks. There are nightly dinner specials, featuring a different soup every day and culinary creations making the most of the succulent fresh seasonal produce available in Dili.
Lunch and dinner are available between 11:30 - 14:30 and 18:30 - 21:00, respectively.
The secluded and shady bar is the place to chill out with an ice cold drink or perhaps enjoy a game of pool. There is a full range of beers and wines from Australia, New Zealand and Portugal.

- Total amount for accommodation will be charge if the booking is cancelled within 3 Days prior to arrival

- 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied for no show.
