Inside the walled condominium of The Gardens Residence there are 10 independent luxury houses, eight with 1 bedroom and two with 2 bedrooms each with its own garden and parking space. The houses have a modern design which makes good use of natural lighting. The houses have been fully furnished and equipped so that you all you need to bring is your suitcase.
Each house also has a private outdoor area of 35. This area contains a beautiful fenced garden and a covered verandah. The garden furniture has been carefully chosen to ensure that you enjoy the warm weather and beautiful skies of East-Timor in comfort.
Facilities & Services
The Barbecue area is set under a roof garden to ensure that shade is abundant at all times. Adjacent to the barbecue is a games area you can play backgammon, pool, card and others board games.
The open gym area includes modern machines for walking, running and cycling, which will allow you to keep healthy and fit during your stay in East Timor.
The swimming pool has both a shaded and a non-shaded area which will keep you well-chilled in the heat of Dili, East Timor.

The Gardens Residence can be difficult to get a reservation at due to long term guests.
- One night accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled within 7 Days prior to check in date
- Total amount for accommodation will be charge if the booking is cancelled within 3 Days prior to arrival
- 100% of total accommodation charge from initial period of stay will be applied for early departure
- 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied for no show.
