The booking fee is a fee of 10 % above the cost on the room cost. The booking fee must be paid to secure a reservation. The fee is 10 % over and above the cost of the normal room rate. The balance is payable direct to Com Beach Resort and is the normal rate of the room cost.

- One night accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled within 7 Days prior to check in date
- Total amount for accommodation will be charge if the booking is cancelled within 3 Days prior to arrival
- 100% of total accommodation charge from initial period of stay will be applied for early departure
- 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied for no show.
