Carla Tilman, the Timorese owner/manager of Carla Mansion, opened this guest house in 2002 wanting to assist in the development of her nation's fledgling tourism industry. Carla runs her modest but comfortable establishment with family members and local staff who will go out of their way to accommodate you.
