Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Pick up is available upon arrival at Dili International Airport or from the office at Timor Lodge.
Timor Leste Hotels take a 10 % Deposit on all reservation and the balance is paid directly up collection of vehicle. There are extra costs if you require insurance for the rental period. WE HIGHLY recommend you take insurance are there are a lot of accidents in Timor Leste. Please find Details of Insurance Below:

Level 2 Liability $4,000 USD $22.00 per day
Level 1 Liability $6,000 USD $15.00 per day
