Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

What to bring:
- Clothing: Lightweight cloths that will give protection from the Sun.
- Sun block: Sun block should be at least 30 SPF
- Insect Repellent: Aeroguard, Rid or Bushman
- Sunglasses: Sunglasses are recommended, especially if polarized.
- Tackle is supplied on a replacement if lost or damaged basis. You are welcome to bring your own.
- Please note all optional extra charges are paid directly to the service providers on Atauro and have a large impact on the development of Atauro’s micro tourism development.
